Cynhelir perfformiad o ddrama Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru Dyled Eileen yn theatr Ysgol Morgan Llwyd ar 11eg o Fawrth 2013 am 7.30.  Pris tocyn yw £7 a £5.  Cysylltwch â’r ysgol am ragor o fanylion ar 01978 315050.

Mae Dyled Eileen yn olrhain hanes safiad Eileen a Trefor Beasley yn erbyn biliau trethi Saesneg a'r frwydr hir a barodd iddynt golli eu heiddo bron iawn i gyd i'r beilïaid  wrth iddynt glirio'r parlwr ddarn wrth ddarn. Mae'r portread twymgalon hwn yn dod â chyfnod cythryblus y 50au yn fyw - cyn darlith radio enwog Saunders Lewis - ac yn ein tywys i gofio aberth y cwpwl ifanc a'u brwydr ddi-ildio dros degwch i'r Gymraeg.

Dyled Eileen portrays Eileen and Trefor Beasley's protest against their local authority in the 1950s to have their tax bill in Welsh and as a result, watched the bailiffs carry away nearly all their possessions bit by bit.  This heartfelt script brings to life this passionate, yet humble and very personal story - that served as a revolutionary example in Saunders Lewis' famous radio lecture of 1962, 'The Fate of the Language' - and takes us on a journey to remember the sacrifice that this young couple made in their fight for fairness for the Welsh language.
